FREE Shipping Information

Most regularly priced orders over $25 shipped from Denmarkstyle.net to addresses in the continental United States qualify for free shipping via USPS First Class Mail. Please note that Free Shipping is not an available option on sale or promotional merchandise or during promotional periods.

Most orders for items listed as "In Stock" will ship within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

When your order ships, an email will be sent with any available tracking information. Please check your spam or bulk mail folders, and be certain to add sales@denmarkstyle.net as a safe sender to ensure that you receive all available updates.

If our standard "free shipping" does not meet your requirements, you may elect to upgrade your shipping method at additional charge at checkout.

Please note that UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on Saturdays (except for Next Day Air), and neither UPS nor the Post Office picks up or delivers packages on Sundays or holidays (except for Express Mail).

All UPS options are only available for delivery to locations in the lower 48 states.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Priority Mail offers fast and affordable delivery to every address in the United States, usually within 2 to 3 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email when your package ships. An additional charge will apply.
  • USPS Express Mail: Express Mail is the fastest service offered by the United States Postal Service, featuring delivery 365 a year, even Sundays and holidays. An additional $25 charge will apply.
  • UPS Ground: If you require a tracking number, please select this option to have your package sent via UPS Ground. Shipping times range from 2 to 5 business days (Mon - Fri), depending on your location. An additional $10 charge will apply.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day. An additional $20 charge will apply.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. An additional $45 charge will apply.

Pandora jewelry is crafted from the finest materials and with proper care will provide years of wear and enjoyment.

Pandora warrants all of its products purchased through an authorized distribution channel to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect in the Product is identified, and you follow the instructions for returning the Product, Pandora will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, at Pandora’s expense; (ii) replace the Product with a new Product that is equivalent to the Product that is to be replaced: or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Product. Pandora shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective Product is returned to Pandora. A replacement product will assume the remaining warranty of the original Product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Pandora's property.

Do not expose your Pandora products to harsh chemicals or environments. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your Pandora product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.

Do not attempt to use bracelets, charms or other jewelry items from other unapproved manufacturers and sources with your Pandora jewelry. Pandora will not replace, fix, or repair product that has been used with non-Pandora products. Do not attempt to remove a stuck charm; return it to an authorized retailer for repair.

Warranty does not apply to damage to Products caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-Pandora products together with Pandora Products. Stretching of Pandora chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Leather is a natural product that will benefit from careful protection. Pandora leather products should not be exposed to water or other liquids that may cause discoloration. Leather can stretch and relax over time and stretching is not a defect in this product. Gentle shading and natural color variations are natural features of leather. Changes in color and shading may also result from exposure to natural oils in the skin and the addition of charms to the bracelet or necklace. Leather items should be used with a maximum of 7 to 9 charms.

The warm pink-hued color of Pandora Rose™ may intensify with age. It is normal for the finishing to wear over time, and is not covered by the warranty.

Clean your Pandora Jewelry sterling items with a dry silver polishing cloth or consult with your Pandora retailer for an in-store cleaning.

Any regularly priced, unused, non-personalized item may be returned by the purchaser within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Receipt copies, gift receipts or referenced order numbers are required for a refund.

Denmark Style is happy to provide free wrapping on all regularly priced items. Please make a note during the checkout process in the 'ordering instructions' section on what occasion you'd like you package wrapped for. Gift wrapping is not available on clearance items.

Prices listed for all items, except those that have been retired, represent the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price as set by Pandora. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we are not responsible for typographical errors.

If an item is ordered at a price listed online that is different from the current Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, you will be contacted before your order is processed.

Denmark Style can currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We are unable under any circumstances to ship product to third-party freight-forwarding, or freight consolidating firms. All orders placed with shipping addresses outside the US, or with a freight-forwarder, will be canceled.
